On the 10th of November, artist and producer Klara Goliger releases her debut album “The Piano Chair” recorded in classic Music-a-Matic studios, Gothenburg. The album revolves around growing up, love and sisterhood. Piano, strings, bass guitar, organ and percussion carries the arrangements. Curiosity and intimacy has been guiding Klara and her co-producer Hannes Boeryd in the studio when they invited some of the city’s most talented folk -and jazz musicians to record with them.

Gothenburg based Klara Goliger debuted with the EP “22” summer 202o. Her fragile, melancholic and clever pop has been described as a mix of Fiona Apple and Regina Spektor.

The singles from the album, “One Day” and “Sitting On Your Chair”, was released this spring and greeted with words like “Klara Goliger has taken a big leap in her musical development. The song is distinct and crystal clear in a very appealing way. Regina Spector is a given reference although Goliger has something very unique going on.” - Johan Lindqvist, Göteborgsposten 2022-04-22.
